This is a text description of Figure 9-13, "CPI-C Destination Names Dialog Box".

The text surrounding the figure describes the use of this dialog box.

The figure is a screen capture image and contains example data that may not match your system. You must make selections appropriate for your system. The window title bar has the name: "CPI-C destination names".

The client area* has two sections. One section contains several lines of data. The other section (which is located at the right edge of the client area) is a column of six buttons.

The top four buttons in the column are labeled (from top to bottom):

  1. "Add"

  2. "Delete"

  3. "Modify"

  4. "Copy"

The lower two buttons are separated from the upper four buttons by a space. The lower two buttons are labeled:

  1. "Help"

  2. "Done"

Only the "Add", "Help", and "Done" buttons have clear labels, which indicates that they are functional under the given conditions. The other four buttons have labels with incomplete letters to indicate that these buttons are not functional under the given conditions.

In the client area, the phrase "CPI-C symbolic destination names" is displayed at the top with an outline to indicate that this line is active (it has been selected). The first part of the line has an icon of a sheet of paper with a corner turned down and overlapped by a small rectangle that looks like a monitor or computer screen. This same icon is displayed at the beginning of each destination name line.

The "CPI-C symbolic destination names" line has been selected by choosing the "Add" button. The remaining five lines in the list below it are:
