Using Excel to Format the Data: This screen capture of an Excel spreadsheet shows the same query results as before, with changes only to the format. Excel now rounds the data values to two decimal places. The Percent Change measure now displays percentages ranging from 3% to 94%. A new row appears at the end of the crosstab labeled "Total."
