Jul has a value of 2, and Aug and Sep are NA, which adds up to 2 in Q3. Oct and Dec each have a value of 2, and Nov is NA, which adds up to 4 in Q4. Thus, the four quarters have values of 6, 4, 2, and 4, which add up to 16 for the year.
