Partitioning Time by Quarter: This drawing shows the a Time dimension with 36 months, 12 quarters, and 3 years in the Calendar hierarchy. Partitioning creates 12 bottom partitions consisting of one quarter and 3 months each, and one top partition containing 3 years plus all members of the Fiscal hierarchy.
