DBA_ADVISOR_PARAMETERS
displays all task parameters and their current values in the database. This data is accessible by all tasks.
USER_ADVISOR_PARAMETERS
displays the task parameters and their current values for the tasks owned by the current user. This view does not display the OWNER
column.
